Want to make 10’s, 100’s (or even 1000’s!) of parts? Our conveyor system, combined with our laser’s 16MP camera positioning system, allows for live monitoring and tracking of parts, giving us class leading manufacturing efficiency for batch and repeat work.
The setup time is usually a major part in determining the price of engraving or cutting. However with our automated system, the setup time is drastically reduced.
We laser cut and engrave high volume parts for the automotive, aerospace, motorsport, marine and hospitality sectors.
Build it.
If you have complex or intricate parts which require engraving, we can design and manufacture custom jigs to act as work holding , ensuring your parts are securely held for maximum efficiency.
Jigs can be especially useful if the parts which are to be cut or engraved are extremely thin or lightweight, ensuring they stay firmly positioned and more repeatable manufacture.
Our fibre and UV lasers, suitable for metal, glass and plastic engraving, run at industry leading speeds with our CO2 lasers offering best in class speed and cutting quality.
Optimise it.
Intelligent nesting software allows us to maximise material efficiency and reduce waste when laser cutting, allowing us to be extremely competitive on price.
Rotation settings can also be set, depending on whether a particular material needs to be cut in a certain orientation to maximise strength.
Cut it.
Our machines are able to cut virtually any material! From wood to plastics and even delicate materials like leather and paper. We can even cut transparent acrylics up to 25mm thick with flame polished edges at industry leading speeds.
Typical cutting tolerance is in the region of ±0.1mm although we can adjust the kerf offset for different types of fit.
We use different types of lenses to prioritise accuracy and detail or speed and power. Our standard “M” or medium lens offers a good balance between detail and speed and is in most cases suitable for the required project.
